Air Dryer Refrigeted Type
We are the leading manufacturer of Refrigerated Type Compressed Air Dryers to our clients. These compressed air dryers are manufactured according to the safety regulations. They are also equipped with digital temperature indication and controller ensuring rapid and accurate sensing.
This type of dyers, the saturated compressed air pre cooled in the Pre cooler / Re heater by the out going cooled air with out any additional energy requirement. The inlet air is further cooled in the Evaporator to the required DEW Point. The cold air is then reheated when it passes back through the Pre cooler / Re heater.
Low temperature refrigerant is supplied to the Evaporator by a refrigerant Compressor. The Thermostatic Expansion Valve and the Hot Gas Bypass Valve match the operation of the refrigeration system to the compressed cooling load. In the Evaporator, heat is transferred from the compressed air to the refrigerant.
This process cools the air, reducing its capacity to hold the water vapor and resulting in moisture condensation. The excess vapor condenses and is removed from the air system by a Separator and Automatic Drain Valve.
Our Consistency in continuous improvement in design for renovating small models results into TUBE-IN-TUBE type dryer. The copper tube-in-tube design provides maximum surface area which results in optimum heat transfer.
